Grace is all about God. It's His gift to us, with nothing we can do to merit the gift. And like all gifts, it is given to those willing to receive it, in this case, through faith.

Following my biblical study on Grace is the Result of my..., I see that after the inital Grace of salvation, the more I do some things, the more Grace I receive. God pays attention to my actions and wants to bless me with even more Grace. The gift remains there after salvation, I need to want to receive it.

When I obey, pray, love and when I am humble, righteous, wise, good and witnessing, Grace is there. And that's another relationship with Grace and Truth: When I am in the Truth, I receive Grace.

Grace. I can get more of it.

Some wonderful lyrics from a consuming song by Hillsong.

A thousand times I've failed
Still your mercy remains
And should I stumble again
Still I'm caught in your grace everlasting

Grace. For every time we stumble.

Grace is the source of God's presence among us (Ge 18:3Ex 33:13-1434:9Ps 23:6Is 54:710Jr 31:3). It is because of Grace that God is near us, in the highs and lows of life. It is because of Grace that we are never abandoned or forsaken. It is because of Grace that we can approach His throne at anytime.

And so, His presence is linked both ways with Grace. He graces us with His Presence while we are here on Earth. And then He graces us by letting us in His Presence when we leave this rock. He is with us, after which we will be with Him.

Grace. It's about His presence with us and then our presence with Him.

Throughout biblical interpretive history, there has been many many many different offshoots and opinions. Every time someone would come up with a framework to understanding what is often hidden to us, they put an 'ism' on it.

Here is the result of my research into the list of 'isms' that surround those who believe in the Bible.

One of the most attracting features of the doctrine of Grace is that is cuts through all the 'isms' the human mind can invent. We cannot opinionate the gift of God for man's salvation, the exclusion of any deed to make us deserve it or the power of the subsequent relationship Grace gives us.

Grace cuts through it all. And it is the one thing that will unite all heaven dwellers, no matter what their 'isms'.

Grace, the best common denominator to all the 'isms'. And the greatest equalizer.

Todd Agnew took the classic words from the omnipresent Amazing Grace and created a modern take where the chorus emphasizes the pouring action of Grace.

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 1:14

The 'Grace and Christ' series focuses on the aspects of His ministry on Earth and how He demonstrated Grace.

Grace is linked with Truth, Justice and Righteousness.
- Truth 2Sa 15:20, Ps 61:7, 85:10, 89:14, Pr 3:3, 14:22, 16:6, 20:28, Ho 4:1, Mic 7:20, Jn 1:14,17, Col 1:6
- Righteousness Ps 33:5, 112:4, 116:5, Pr 21:21, Jr 9:24, Ho 2:19, 10:12, Ro 5:17, 21
- Justice Ps 33:5, 101:1, Jr 9:24, Ho 2:19, 12:6, Mic 6:8, Zc 7:9

Grace and Truth are two sides to the same coin. Randy Alcorn calls it the 'two wings on a bird'. They may seem contradictory, but they are actually complimentary and demonstrated in Christ's daily ministry. Everything He did had an element of Truth and an element of Grace.

Here's how they are complimentary:
- Truth identifies the fault, Grace covers it
- Truth establishes God's holiness, Grace establishes God's love
- Truth declares the absolute, Grace reconciles me with it
- Truth is the road to follow, Grace is the transportation
- Truth gives the need for God, Grace gives the hope and the way to God through Christ
- Truth is the standard, Grace is the relationship
- Truth sends the judgement, Grace provides the shelter
- Truth hates the sin, Grace loves the sinner
- Truth is the 'what i say and live', Grace is the 'how I say and live'
- Truth is the content, Grace is the format
- Truth is the words, Grace is the tone
- Truth demands a sacrifice, Grace provides it
- Truth holds up the mirror and shows one clothed in sin, Grace changes the reflection and shows one clothed on Christ
- Truth shows us the right choice, Grace gives us the freedom to choose, and forgives us when the choice is wrong
- Truth does not shy away from announcing itself with conviction, Grace says it with love
- Truth condemns the sinner because of his sin, Grace saves the repentant sinner despite of his sin

Grace. It's hand in hand with Truth.

Dare to do good when you want to hurt
Dare to listen when you want to interrupt

Dare to ask when you think the other should know
Dare to correct with love when you want to buy peace
Dare to speak with love when you want to criticize
Dare to humiliate yourself to elevate the other
Dare to confess your mistakes when shame would hide them

Dare to forgive when the other has not asked for forgiveness
Dare to do everything you don't feel like doing to put God's will and the other's needs before your own

5 Reasons GOD Permits Problems and the Grace He provides in each case (inspired from 5 Reasons GOD Permits Problems)

The problems I face will either defeat me or develop me--depending on how I respond to them. Unfortunately, I mostly fail to see how God wants to use problems for good in my life, and I certainly fail to see the Grace provided in these problems. I react foolishly and resent my problems rather than pausing to consider what benefit they might bring.

Here are five Graces God may have given in the problems I experience in my life:

1. God permits problems to DIRECT me. Sometimes God must light a fire under me to get me moving. Problems often point me in a new direction and motivate me to change. Is God allowing this situation to get my attention?
"Sometimes it takes a painful situation to make us change our ways" Pr 20:30

2. God permits problems to INSPECT me. People are like tea bags ... if you want to know what's inside them, just drop them into hot water! Has God tested my faith by allowing a problem or two into my life? What do problems reveal about me?
"When you have many kinds of troubles, you should be full of joy, because you know that these troubles test your faith, and this will give you patience." Jm 1:2-3

3. God uses problems to CORRECT me. Some lessons I learn only through pain and failure. I probably learned by being burned. Sometimes I only learn the value of something ... health, money, a relationship ... by losing it.
"It was the best thing that could have happened to me, for it taught me to pay attention to your laws." Ps 119:71-72

4. God permits problems to PROTECT me. A problem can be a blessing in disguise if it prevents me from being harmed by something more serious. I only find out how worse things could have been.
"You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good"... Gen 50:20

5. God permits problems to PERFECT me. Problems, when I respond to them correctly, are character builders. God is far more interested in my character than my comfort. My relationship to God and my character are the only two things I'm going to take with me into eternity.
"We can rejoice when we run into problems...they help us learn to be patient. And patience develops strength of character in us and helps us trust God more each time we use it until finally our hope and faith are strong and steady." Rom 5:3-4

When I fully integrate this, I see problems as a Grace, and the way out as a Grace too.

Grace, it's in the problems.
