The Source AND the Result of Grace

So far, I have found that Grace is both the source of AND the result of my:

Obedience
Humility
Righteousness
Wisdom
Love
Faith
Prayer (Grace is also the OBJECT of Prayer)

For example, that means Grace is the only way I can obey AND it is the result of my obedience. In other words, it is by Grace that I obey which then produces more Grace. A virtuous cycle.
